City of Napa NewsWeekly - Fall is the time for planting. To prepare, the City of Napa and the Town of Yountville are teaming up to present a free Water-Wise Landscaping Workshops on Wednesday, September 21 and September 28 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Area residents can learn about the critical role of soil preparation and how to select beautiful low-water-use plants.
Outdoor conservation is the key to a reliable water future. Installing climate-appropriate plants and irrigating them efficiently can help customers save on their water bills in these tight-budget times.
The workshop will be held at the Yountville Community Center at 6516 Washington Street. Each workshop includes expert presenters, free water-saving tools, literature, door prizes, and rebate information.
